What is Iyengar Yoga?


Join Ann for this experiential exploration of yoga as taught in the system developed by B.K.S. Iyengar.


This will be an active asana class followed by discussion and Q&A. Ann found Iyengar in 1992 and has studied with the Iyengar family at the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute in Pune and with BKS Iyengar disciple, Sri Arun HS, at his Prashant Yogashraya in Bangalore, during a year-long stay in India. Ann continues her studies with Peentz and attends weekly classes with Patricia Walden and Nadja Refaie.
