Hike on down to the BNC and discover the fun of day hiking! We will use interactive and hands on experiences to prepare for day hikes - from clothing to food to other essentials to navigation and reading the landscape. This program will prepare you for the second annual BNC Hike-a-thon on November 26 & 27.


PLEASE NOTE: This program will be conducted in accordance with current Municipal, State, and Mass Audubon Covid-19 protocols. Groups are limited to 15 pre-registered children. Participants are required to wear a face covering when less than six feet apart, and when entering the building, and follow social distancing guidelines. A detailed confirmation letter will be emailed 24 hours before the program. This program will take place entirely outdoors. Please dress for the weather. In the case of inclement weather, the program will be canceled.
