Join The Training Lab for our first ever intro to step aerobics class! If you've been interested in trying out one of our classes but have felt intimidated or thought they seemed too challenging, then this is the class for you! Our intro class will be slower paced and we will spend more time teaching all of our basic moves and choreography to help you gain confidence!
