Join Boston calligrapher Liz Roessler for a three-hour, small group beginners workshop (no previous experience necessary!) for an interactive class on the basics of modern pointed pen calligraphy.
You will be introduced to her favorite beginner's lettering style, "Romantic", a flourished script with a modern, whimsical twist, just in time for Valentine's Day! Class will focus on the proper ergonomics, recommendations and suggested goals for personal practice and study following class, practical ideas for using your new calligraphy skills, inspiring demonstrations, one-on-on guidance, pro tips/tools, customized take-aways, and Q&A throughout. Each student will leave with a beginner's kit for continuing practice.
