Have you ever wanted to digitize reality and share it online, build virtual reality worlds with clay and a camera, map out the interior of your house for a construction project or capture the essence of a loved one to keep forever? 3D scanning with photogrammetry opens all of these doors and more. In this workshop, you will learn how to create detailed 3d scans with nothing but your phone or camera and you will get the opportunity to learn about real world applications and fun projects using this exciting technology. Over the course of an hour you will learn how it works, what (free!) software is required, and best practices. It's the perfect excuse to get out and explore!
