Join this intermediate level figure drawing class with artist and founder of the Boston Figure, Damon Lehrer! “Intermediate level” is a loose definition - it includes anyone who is looking for a bit of a challenge, after having taken some basic drawing classes or after having drawn for a while.
We’ll emphasize expressiveness, confidence, accuracy, and generally respond to the needs of the individuals in the class as we draw together. Damon will demonstrate his techniques in pencil and charcoal for the class and individually to identify and grow each student’s strengths, advising on where and how each student could improve. The class is limited to just 10 people to ensure everyone gets individualized attention!
This is a great class to take if you've taken Figure Drawing Basics, or if you've been attending figure sessions for a little while now and are looking for your next push.
