Indian street food is a vibrant culinary landscape featuring savory snacks, spicy chats, sweet treats, and regional specialties. However, there are some street food staples that have traveled across state borders and even across oceans. Pav bhaji and sev puri are among these popular dishes and can now be found in niche eateries across India and around the world. We will learn to make both these dishes while talking about the history and variety of street food in Mumbai. All items are vegetarian and can be made vegan upon request. Instructor: Neha Coureil
