Come meet four local authors as they discuss the ins and outs of Independent Publishing. Moderated by the Waltham Public Library, this one hour discussion panel will cover topics such as: how to get started, where/how to do research, and best marketing practices. Following the discussion panel will be a question and answer session and the chance to purchase books from the authors.

Gledé Browne Kabongo
Gledé Browne Kabongo writes gripping psychological thrillers—unflinching tales of deception, secrecy, danger and family. She is the award-winning author of the Fearless thriller series, Swan Deception, and Conspiracy of Silence. Herb Pearce
Herb Pearce is an expert in the Enneagram Personality Types, having taught over 2000 Enneagram workshops publicly and for hundreds of organizations and companies in the last 30 years. He is the author of of six books - Enneagram Basics, Enneagram Beyond the Basics, The Caregivers's Enneagram, Presidential Profiles: Washington to Trump - Enneagram and Myers-Briggs Perspectives, Lessons from the River (about whitewater canoe trips in Maine), and Herb's Tips for Living.www.herbpearce.com


Faye Rapoport DesPres
Faye’s first full-length book, a memoir-in-essays titled Message From a Blue Jay, was published by independent press Buddhapuss Ink in 2014. Tilia Klebenov Jacobs
At last count, Tilia has published three novels, numerous short stories, and a smattering of memoir.
