Join Boston National Historical Park this summer for our Swinging Summer Nights Concert Series every Thursday from June 28 through August 16! All concerts will be on the Commandant’s House Lawn and begin at 6 pm. Food will be available for purchase from local food trucks, but feel free to bring a blanket and picnic! Activities will also be available for our younger visitors during the concert.


With a reggae, R&B, and pop-driven sound, the reggae pop duo Maddakaya, formed by Peruvians Gabriel Peralta (guitar and songwriter) and Lorenzo Cuneo (singer-songwriter and percussion), seeks to elevate reggae to the same importance as other genres.


Maddakaya, influenced by Bob Marley, Cultura Profética, Jordan Rakei, Gondwana, and Rawayana, delivers shows full of energy, featuring reggae classics and original songs from their upcoming debut EP Get Up.
