IceFlow is a gentle, yoga-inspired skating class for adults of ALL levels that explores the connection between breath and movement.Participants will try to maintain an open flow of breath and energy while we are twisting, stretching, and gliding together over the ice and tune in to how the breath helps us understand our connection to the ice and to each other. Discover ways to be gentle with yourself and others, and to appreciate the richness of your Now. Rental skates available.
