On Wednesday, June 28 Chopps American Bar & Grill welcomes guests to partake in an exclusive event with Castle Island Brewing Company. Treat yourself to a perfect mid-week pick-me-up with an evening filled of live music and a special beer reception. The Hopps at Chopps monthly dinner series invites guests to feast on tastings from Executive Chef Steve Ziemi, accompanied with carefully-selected brews from top Massachusetts-based breweries. Guests will be treated to seasonal bites and craft beer pairings in a casual setting, with brews from Castle Island including: Jetty Sour Ale, Keeper IPA, Candlepin Session IPA, and Palmside Coconut Porter.
Adam Romanow, founder of Norwood-based Castle Island Brewing Company, opened the doors of the craft brewery in 2015, which now features a brand-new taproom. The Castle Island team will be onsite for the dinner, to discuss the pairings, introduce the brewery, and answer questions.
The menu is $45 per person (including tax & gratuity) and includes a reception and seated dinner. The menu for the reception-style dinner includes:
