Korean fried chicken is known as candy chicken. It’s crunchy with thick, sweet and spicy sauce. It’s highly addictive. You can simply make it at home and adjust the level of spiciness to your desire. In this online class, you’ll learn different ways of making Korean fried chicken using deep-frying, baking, and pan-frying techniques. We’ll also make spicy Korean chicken stew. We’ll talk about how to cook with different cuts of chicken. You’ll learn how to make delicious garlic soy glaze and spicy glaze. While cooking the chicken, we’ll talk about some side dishes that can go along with it.
