You’ll start with her most famous recipe, Coq au Vin—this time served with lentils! Next, move onto Julia Child’s self-proclaimed favorite dish, Vichyssoise—a chilled leek and potato soup which is startling in its simplicity yet complexity. Last but not least, you will learn how to create sweet, citrusy, and buttery Crêpes Suzette. Voila! By the end of this class you will also be a master in the art of French cooking.
