Whether you’re hosting a weekend get-together with friends or a delicious family meal, there’s no better way to welcome your guests than with a mouthwatering Italian salumi & formaggi platter to begin the event! We invite you to spend your evening with us learning about how to create the perfect cheese & meat platter that is sure to delight your friends and family.
Join us at La Scuola di Eataly Boston as we invite you to Make Your Own Salumi & Formaggi Board. In this class, guests will:
-Explore the variety of salumi and formaggi offered at Eataly Boston.
-Discover how to select formaggi, salumi and complementary accoutrements.
-Learn how to cut, assemble and style your platter with our Cheesemonger.
-Make their own board – guests will select 4 meats and 4 cheeses to build their take-home board.
-Take home your assembled takeaway platter and your own wooden board to enjoy with your friends and/or family!
-Enjoy two perfectly paired Italian wines.
Additional Information:
-This class is buffet-style and involves a hands-on activity and tasting.
-Guests will make their salumi & formaggi boards on disposable containers for taking home, and receive a beautiful wooden board for future at-home use!

Nota Bene: We will follow current mask mandates throughout our store and during all classes and events; masks can be removed when actively eating and drinking while inside Eataly Boston.
Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes. All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older.
