This Fall, Pitmaster Andy Husbands’ barbeque destination The Smoke Shop BBQ, in Assembly Square, will host two educational classes where attendees will learn how to master the art of smoking and grilling. Andy Husbands, award-winning chef, author and Pitmaster, will lead these hands-on BBQ classes as he teaches the methods, strategies and techniques he has culminated over his years of practice, research, and continued success as a World Barbeque Champion. Both classes will enhance your knowledge and ability in preparing world class barbeque.


Taking place from 12:00PM to 3:00PM on Saturday, October 20th and November 10th, 2018, the hands-on cooking classes will focus on the topics “Tips, Tricks, and BBQ Secrets” and “Holiday Snacks, Cocktails, and Fried and Smoked Turkey.” Students will be taught by Andy Husbands himself, to learn what it takes to run a professional pit and maintain the title Pitmaster. Both classes come with complete take-home recipes for preparing each item demonstrated, a meal, and a specialty cocktail.


An all-inclusive price of $100.00 per guest, The Smoke Shop’s Fall BBQ Classes will be offered as follows:
