Join us for a Saturday hike up Mount Cabot (4170 ft.), Mt. Bulge (3950 ft.), & Mt. Horn (3905 ft.) . This loop hike will take us on a partial traverse of the Pilot Range, with some beautiful views (if the weather cooperates) and peaks to bag on just about every New England list. Mountain Cabot is the tallest mountain in the Pilot Range of the White Mountains. It is the northernmost 4,000 footer mountain in NH. This intermediate hike will cover 10.7 miles and 3,200’ elevation gain. Participants should have recent experience with hikes of at least 7 miles and 2700' elevation gain in the White Mountains. We expect that this hike will take 7-8 hours to complete.

In addition, This hike could include black flies; so, bug repellent and a head net could be helpful.

Please bring 2 liters of water, or more.
Hiking shoes or trail runners
Wool or non-cotton socks
Rain jacket
Non-cotton clothes
Backpack large enough for food and gear
Lunch and trail snacks
Cancellation:

If we need to postpone or cancel the hike due to weather, we will alert you before 6 pm on Friday.

Also, If your plans change and you are no longer able to participate, please let us know as soon as you can in order to give the spot to waitlisted participants.
