We'll be hiking two mountains, Mount Jackson and Webster. Mount Jackson is one of the 48 4,000 footers of New Hampshire, reaching 4,052 ft, while Mount Webster is 3,911 ft. Both offer great views of Crawford Notch, the Presidential Mountains, and the surrounding peaks. We'll start on the Webster-Jackson trail for about 2.2 miles all the way to Mount Jackson. We'll then take the Webster Cliff trail for about 1.2 miles towards the junction where it takes us to the summit of Mount Webster. We'll then head back to the junction and continue straight back on the Webster Br trail for 1 mile to the Webster-Jackson trail, where it takes back to the parking area. The total hike will be about 5.3 miles. We'll also take a short excursion to Bugle Cliff which offers great views of Crawford Notch and the Saco River.

Previous hiking experience is required, preferably with at least 1,500 ft. of elevation gain. However, no previous winter hiking experience is needed, as long as you have the proper gear.
