Join Laniah Harris for one of two pop-up HIIT classes in January at the Samuel Adams Boston Brewery in Jamaica Plain! This is a great way to get your year started off right.


Break a sweat in the brewhouse during this 50-minute calorie burning, high intensity workout. HIIT & Hops is a combination of cardio and bodyweight exercises followed up by mindful moments of lower intensity movements for recovery and rest.


All activity levels welcomed and highly encouraged to join!


Class will include one FREE can of Just the Haze non-alcoholic IPA!
