On this New Moon, we enter the quiet season of release — a sacred time to let go, soften, and root into the wisdom of our own bodies.
Inspired by the rhythms of autumn and the Metal element in Traditional Chinese Medicine, this is a time of clearing the lungs, softening the gut, and honoring the emotions we’ve stored beneath the surface.
Together, we’ll create space for stillness, awareness, and healing. Through breath, gentle movement, TCM teas, journaling, and inward reflection, you’ll be guided on a journey of acknowledgment, release, and transformation. We won’t rush the process — we’ll honor it, in a space that’s both safe and deeply intentional.
This workshop is both a discovery and release process, paired with education on TCM tools and practices to nurture the right organs in the right season.
You’ll leave not fixed, but fortified — with tools, insights, and a quiet glow to carry forward.
This gathering is for anyone navigating grief, heartbreak, or life transitions — and ready to gently explore what’s been held inside.
We’ll be inviting stillness, awareness, and emotional processing through the body.
