A great soup pleases the palate, warms the soul and brings together an array of flavors and textures. In this hands-on class, Chef Thi will teach how to create the broths and determine textures for a variety of heartwarming bowls including Moroccan Lentil Soup, Egg Drop Soup with Crispy Wontons, and a handmade Tortellini Soup with Farm Vegetables and Pesto.
