In this Neurosculpting Health Workshop you will…
Learn why the brain does what it does and how your health is effected by your thoughts
Be guided through creating personalized tools you can use to activate and strengthen proper functioning, optimized habits, bodily sensations and thought patterns both on a daily basis and in the moment of illness.
Learn how to utilize these tools for better health whether you are dealing with pain, exhaustion, anxiety, stress, disease, PTSD, insomnia, weakened immune system function, chronic illness, TBI, CFS, MCS… all health is brain health.
This workshop will start with a brain talk followed by two 20 minute Neurosculpting meditations where you will create a tools you can use in your daily life to continuously retrain your brain.
All classes are suitable for beginners. Pre-registration required.
