Whether it’s a temporary falling out or a long-term breakdown in connection, relationship difficulties can leave us feeling hurt, angry, or stuck. In this workshop, we’ll explore how meditation and mindfulness can help us heal these wounds—both within ourselves and with others.
We all have an innate capacity for greater love, empathy, and acceptance than we may currently realize. Through the wisdom of Buddha’s teachings, we can learn practical methods to let go of painful emotions and resentments, and begin to rebuild our relationships on the foundation of compassion, understanding, and inner peace.
What to Expect:
This retreat offers a gentle and powerful approach to transforming your relationships from the inside out.
Everyone is welcome.
Location: This event will be held at Kadampa Meditation Center Boston, located at 2298 Massachusetts Ave. in Cambridge, just a few blocks from the Davis Square T stop. There is free parking available.
Registration: $30. At the door, in advance at: https://www.meditationinboston.org/healing-relationships
