We at the Mawada Initiative (www.mawadafoundation.com) invite you to join us in standing with the Syrian people as we support their resilience at the Healing Colors Gala - A night for Syrian Children. The gala will take place on Saturday, April 15th, 2017, 8pm at the Exchange in Boston’s Seaport District. We will feature works by Artolution, a nonprofit community based public arts program that works with Syrian Refugee children and their families in Za'atari and Aazraq refugee camps. Through their collaborative public art projects they foster healing and empowerment for children in these communities.
The Healing Colors Gala will include live Middle Eastern music, a silent auction showcasing artwork by Syrian refugee children as well as by professional artists, a DJ mixing your favorite Middle Eastern and Western beats and dessert! So grab your friends and enjoy a great night of dancing, dessert, and art - all while supporting a great cause! We'll have an activity room with child care for children aged 4-12!
Cant make it to the Event but want to help out? Donate today and help us make a difference in the lives of Syrians around the world by contributing to these amazing public art projects.
