Heal Through Movement: Pilates Sculpt- Fundraiser for IPV and TBI survivors
Join us at Republic Fitness for 1 Hour of pilates, fundraisers, and yapping
This class is designed to be safe for those recovering from TBI, trauma informed, but ALL are encouraged to come. Know you are WELCOME here no matter your background.
Jacqui Caefer our residental Exercie Physiologist M.S. and Certfified Pilates Instructor will take you through her signature Pilates Sculpt. You'll have access researchers, Exercise Physiologists, and experts in the field such as Dr. Tinney, to support you/answer any questions.
After the workout, enjoy a gift bag, raffle opportuntities and time to chit chat with your friends.
