This Halloween, Tower Hill is going to the dogs. Festoon your pooch and embark on Tower Hill’s first doggy costume parade. All festive pups are welcome, but botanically inspired fashion is highly encouraged. Canines can enter a contest to be judged for the chance to win a prize.
