We invite you to nurture your well-being as you reconnect with your Self and a community of like-minded individuals at this Integral Yoga Hatha class at the Lilypad. This class is suitable for all levels, bring your own blanket if you'd like, and dress comfortably.



Led by Vienna, you'll explore the 90-minute guided practice of Hatha Yoga supported by live ambient music by Jesse Gallagher on the grand piano, with selections from his meditation album "The Inner Sound."



The Integral Yoga method was designed to draw the practitioner into a physical and mental stillness that leads to an experience of one’s true nature— peace and joy. In Sanskrit, "Ha" translates to Sun and "Tha" to Moon, emphasizing the focus of creating balanced and harmonious energy inside and out. This Equanimity is the true experience of Yoga.
