You'll explore a 90-minute guided practice of Hatha Yoga supported by live ambient music by Jesse Gallagher on the grand piano, with selections from his meditation album "The Inner Sound."



The Integral Yoga method was designed to draw the practitioner into a physical and mental stillness that leads to an experience of one’s true nature— peace and joy. In Sanskrit, "Ha" translates to Sun and "Tha" to Moon, emphasizing the focus of creating balanced and harmonious energy inside and out. This Equanimity is the true experience of Yoga.
