The Harvard Ballet Company proudly presents Oz, an adaptation of L. Frank Baum's classic story. Audiences will get to see the lovable and colorful characters of Dorothy and her friends, the good and evil Witches, and the Wizard of Oz himself. Vivid scenes such as the Kansas Tornado and Emerald City will capture the magic of this popular narrative. Choreographers shape and reinterpret these familiar scenes to highlight powerful themes such as facades, self-discovery, and finding home. Audiences and dancers alike will experience an unforgettable journey exploring somewhere over the rainbow.
