Born in NYC’s underground comedy scene and sharpened on top stages nationwide, Hard Knock Laughs is the premium comedy showcase that has launched careers and hosted legends. Past lineups have featured comedy giants like Louis C.K., Amy Schumer, Jay Pharaoh, Chris Rock, David Alan Grier, Michael Che, Tony Woods, Godfrey, George Wallace, Judah Friedlander, Caroline Rhea, Mike Yard, Andrew Schulz, Kyle Grooms, Donnell Rawlings, Pete Davidson, and Brandon T. Jackson. Now, this special anniversary show brings a powerhouse lineup to Boston.
HOSTED BY: Jeffrey Hernandez
Boston native and creator of Hard Knock Laughs, Jeff Hernandez is a stand-up force known for his fearless sets and uncensored charm. After touring the country and performing at top venues, he returns home to host the show he built from the ground up.

Ruperto Vanderpool
Bronx-born Dominican-American comic known for explosive physical comedy and bilingual punchlines. Seen on Comic View, Showtime at the Apollo, Law & Order: SVU, and in The Cookout—he’s even rocked Madison Square Garden.
Jonathan Gates
Boston legend and founder of The Comedy Scene, Gates is known for sharp crowd work and raw storytelling. He’s shared stages with the biggest names and helps keep Boston on the national comedy map.
