End your day at Piers Park with a yoga class overlooking spectacular views of Boston Harbor as the sun sets around you. Give your body some love with all-levels flow sequences designed to stretch your body from head to toe. Each class is taught by certified instructor Casey Silvia and brought to you by Boston Harbor Now.
Under current guidelines:
-Class is limited to 20 students
-Bring your own mat or towel, and water
-Mats must be placed 6 ft. apart
-This class is free, but we ask that you register in advance.

About the instructor:
Casey Silvia is a resident of Jeffries Point and registered yoga teacher (RYT-200). She completed her training with Soma Yoga Institute in Costa Rica and has been teaching in East Boston ever since. Casey aims to offer classes that are accessible to practitioners of all levels and is always happy to suggest modifications and options for various poses. Through thoughtful sequencing, she encourages her students to listen to what their body needs, move mindfully, and connect deeply with themselves.
