Grab a friend, grab your yoga mat, and get outside for a FREE yoga class with Boston's best views of the Harbor.
Enjoy our all-levels vinyasa flow that will have you moving, breathing, and working up a sweat for 60 minutes while overlooking the spectacular views of Boston Harbor. Each class is taught by a yoga instructor from Yoga Around Town. Bring your own mat or towel and meet at Castle Island near the information sign at Fort Independence.
Classes are FREE, but we ask that you register. Walk-ups are available on a limited basis. Please register to ensure your spot in the class.
This program is apart of Boston Harbor Now's Harborfit program, which provides free fitness programming all around the Boston's waterfront including yoga, zumba, bootcamps, sweat series, tai chi, biking, walks, and more!
