Start your day at Carson Beach with an upbeat fitness class overlooking spectacular views of Boston Harbor!
Grab a friend, get outside, and enjoy a *free* TRILLFIT's signature dance class that blends Beyonce-worthy choreography with multiple rounds of HIIT to help you sweat your way to a healthier you.
Classes are free, but require advanced registration. Sneakers Required. All levels welcome.
Meet near Carson Beach at the Ed McCormack Bathhouse.
