In preparation for Hanukkah, join this hands-on class to learn how to make your own Sufganiyah. This classic Hanukkah treat celebrates the miracle of the oil burning for eight days. You will learn to make the dough, proof, fry and fill your donuts. We will fill our donuts in class with classic jelly, as well as explore less traditional fillings. Instructor: Sophie Frazier


The cost of tuition includes all food materials and fees.
