In preparation for Hanukkah, join this hands-on class to learn how to make your own Sufganiyah. This classic Hanukkah treat celebrates the miracle of the oil burning for 8 days. You will learn to make the dough, proof, fry and fill your donuts. We will fill our donuts in class with classic jelly, as well as explore less traditional fillings.
