In this workshop, we will get to know the very basic components of a handstand. We will first flow through different movements and exercises to understand the shape of handstand from fingers to toes. We will then look more closely at how to transition in and out of handstand. We will finish with exploring the wall and how to effectively use it in your practice. You will leave this workshop with clear movements to practice on your own and safely continue on your handstand journey!
