Mozzarella -Learn to make fresh mozzarella. In this class, you learn about fresh cheese making and how to pull your own Mozzarella to take home. You will also taste our Tuscan Mozzarella and take home a recipe to wow your guests.

Pizza Making

In this class, you will be hands-on in shaping your very own pizza. Your chef instructor will walk you through how we make our Tuscan pizza dough, as you learn just how to stretch and top your very own pizza.
