Join Soma Yoga at BPM for a yoga flow and mini sound bath. This is an alignment based, Vinyasa class designed to connect your mind with your body. In this 1-hour class, participants will be guided in a series of yoga postures and light breathwork by instructor Pete Sacco. Following the 45 minute yoga flow, the class will transition into a 15 minute sound bath/savasana where participants will lie down and be bathed in the vibrations of various sound instruments but not limited to crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other percussion instruments.

After class, participants can mingle in the Nook while enjoying a free 9-oz smoothie from Mother Juice (included with your registration!). A free single in studio class pass to Soma for a later date is also included!
