At the 2023 Halloween Block Party Pet Spectacular, you'll have a blast with a variety of activities. Don't forget to check out local artisans like Stinky's Grooming and Luxe and Knox for cool pet stuff. You can also read books at "All She Wrote Books" or try martial arts with Master Brad. It's a day packed with family-friendly fun!
