Yoga, Pilates, and other modalities are wonderful systems for exploring our bodies and their function. They help us grow stronger, more flexible, and more connected to our bodies with all our imbalances and limitations. But why do they have these dysfunctions? Did we always have them, or did we grow them? How do they affect us on and off the mat and how can we address them more effectively?
This workshop delves into these questions from a fascial perspective. We will explore how our bodies grow, how we develop our chronic imbalances, and how they impact our health and function. The more we understand our unique, chronic imbalances, the more we can customize our practice to address them. The better we understand how our bodies grow, the more effectively we can use our practice to guide our body’s future growth towards health.
