Using the ground to energize the legs for powerful yet controlled movements of the free leg. Starting with perfecting walking backwards and continuing with smooth pivoting, culminating in relaxation of the free leg for boleos and leg wraps.
4 classes training focused on development of individual dancer. Designed by Carolina herself, rooted in yoga and tango, this special training combines stretching, strengthening, grounding, musicality and choreographical sequencing.
PLEASE NOTE: This training is open to all, but focuses on LADIES. The technique might be one for all, but our bodies are obviously different. Gentlemen, if you are registering for this training please come prepared - Ladies work never ends…
