Unite in breath and movement with MAAH and Sheila Thorne of Bous Yoga on July 12th for a morning of relaxation and renewal at the Susan Paul Room in the African Meeting House followed by a tour of the museum. We will connect with our bodies and minds before immersing ourselves in the rich African American history & spirit of the museum.
