Greek cuisine is full of exotic flavors and fresh ingredients of the land and the sea. Join Chef Diane in this interactive online class and learn how to make cucumber, tomato, and feta salad, Greek sautéed chicken with capers and oregano, Greek stewed string beans and Greek lemon roasted potatoes. We'll finish this class with delicious Baklava. You are welcome to pick one or two dishes to make along in this online class or just watch and learn. The list of ingredients needed will be sent prior to the class along with the Zoom link.
