Hailing from four continents, the teams were chosen from thousands of applicants from around the world as part of the Google Podcasts creator program, a podcast accelerator run by public media organization PRX and Google.

Kristen Meinzer is an award-winning host, commentator, speaker, producer, and author specializing in contemporary social issues and popular culture. Her work has been celebrated in Time Magazine, Bust, Vice, The Guardian, The Evening Standard, Jezebel, Real Simple, Indiewire, and dozens of other publications.
