Goldie's Sequencing Lecture & Practicum -- with Goldie Graham
Saturday, July 20 (2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.) -- Brookline

The thought of sequencing a yoga class overwhelms a lot of people. Maybe you didn’t learn how to sequence in your 200-hour training and, instead, were given a set sequence to memorize. Now you find yourself stuck without any tools in your sequencing belt. Perhaps you’re uninspired, don’t know where to begin, or lack confidence in your ability to sequence a great class. If any of this sounds familiar, this workshop will be an invaluable resource. Please bring something to write with or a laptop to take notes.


Note: You do not have to be a teacher to register for this workshop. The only necessary pre-requisite is an interest in learning more.
