As the official closer to this drama-filled election year, chef Brian Poe is back with one final set of satirical specials available on the night of the 58th Presidential Inauguration.

Continuing his faux political platform of bringing the fun into food and politics while poking fun at some of the most talked about candidate headlines.

•Amidst allegations in unverified documents that the President-elect engaged in some questionable acts with some questionable women in a posh luxury hotel in Moscow, Bukowski Tavern will be tapping a fresh keg of the aptly-named Golden Sunshine brewed by 21st Amendment Brewery.

•While screening CNN and the Presidential Inauguration on the bar’s dueling HDTVs, guests who are celebrating or mourning this night in history have their pick of appropriately themed snacks: free Ritz crackers, a nod to the location of said posh luxury hotel; or Russian Osetra Caviar – dubbed “Fake News” for the night – for the cool price of $1,000 per silver spoonful. (Fun fact: It was reported that “tubs of caviar” were served at Trump’s 1993 wedding to Marla Maples who was Chef Poe’s neighbor while growing up in Dalton, GA. Additionally, our new First Lady had a now-defunct caviar skin-care line.)
