Join us for a fall evening yoga class featuring our herd of friendly baby goats! Goat kids are naturally curious and playful, and our little goats love to cuddle. While this may not be the most meditative and relaxing yoga class you've ever been to, it will surely be the most memorable - perfect for melting that stress away!
The class is suitable for all levels of yoga experience and will be led by Maria Tiano, a certified yoga instructor and Bedford resident.
As the goats get older, they become more mellow and cuddly. During our fall series we expect the goats to mill about, relax with you on your mat, and search for scratches and treats. They likely won't be running and jumping as much as they did when they were younger! These slightly more relaxed classes are perfect for anyone who just wants to hang out with some goats and try some outdoor yoga.
Bring your own mat, blanket, or towel but be prepared for the goats to potentially taste test everything! We recommend towels for easy cleaning. The yoga class will take place outside in the evening so bring layers in case of colder weather or mosquitos.
$25 class fee includes 1 hour of yoga instruction, goat treats, and plenty of time to pet, hold, and take pictures with the goats after class. You are welcome to come 15 minutes early to visit the animals, set up your mat, and ask questions! Please double park on the grass to the far left of the parking lot (farthest from the store) to ensure there is enough space for everyone!
