Description

The Cambridge Art Association is once again offering a professional development opportunity for CAA member artists and the community. Erin Becker, Executive Director of Mother Brook Arts & Community Center in Dedham, will conduct private one-on-one goal-setting consultations, each lasting one full hour.


During these sessions, Becker will draw upon her extensive experience in the art world to provide tailored guidance. She will collaborate with participants to identify clear objectives and formulate actionable professional goals. Participants will be required to complete a brief questionnaire in advance of their meeting, to allow for a focused and productive session.


Erin Becker

Erin Becker is the Executive Director of Mother Brook Arts & Community Center, an arts and culture nonprofit and studio building, in Dedham Mass. A seasoned arts administrator, she has held positions at the Cambridge Art Association; has served as a grant reviewer for the Mass Cultural Council and Cambridge Arts; and has juried numerous exhibits and participated in portfolio reviews throughout New England. Becker holds a BA in Art History from Boston University; a certificate from Boston University’s Institute for Nonprofit Management Leadership Core Program at Questrom Business School; and a certificate from the Cultural Equity Learning Community. She is an advocate for accessibility and diversity in the cultural sector. Becker lives in Dorchester with her husband Andy and dog, Siggy.
