Gnocchi from Scratch *In-Person*

Discover the art of making authentic Argentine-style potato gnocchi completely from scratch. In this hands-on class, students will learn how to prepare tender potato gnocchi, mix and shape the dough, and create a simple, flavorful tomato sauce to accompany it. Along the way, the instructor will share techniques for achieving the perfect texture and tips for recreating the dish at home. After cooking, the class will sit down together to enjoy their homemade gnocchi for dinner. This class is suitable for beginners and experienced home cooks alike. The gnocchi can be made gluten-free (notify us in advance) but please note that the kitchen is not gluten-free and cross contamination is possible. Instructor: Valientes Bakery
