Register for our once in a lifetime gluten-free baking class in St. Bresson, France, where you can expect to learn everything there is to know about baking gluten-free sweets and savories. Think sourdough bread, challah, pizza, quiche and more!


This price includes all 100% gluten-free meals, including wine with dinner, except for one lunch. Food choices will include vegan, dairy free, and dairy full/meat. The three daily meals (with the one noted exception) will be prepared daily by a chef, using local, organic ingredients, as available. It also includes wine tasting and the half day trip to Uzes.


In addition to learning how to create tasty treats, you’ll have plenty of time to explore the area, socialize and immerse yourself in the culture.
