We are taking this Happy Hour of Power Yoga Class up a notch! This 60 minute heated yoga class will be taught to fun upbeat music, in a dark room with black lights! We will supply the glow sticks, but be sure to wear your light colored workout outfits.

Class is heated to 95, so bring your mat, water, and towel!
