For the twelfth year in a row, Sawyer Hill EcoVillage in Berlin will be celebrating the environmental holiday Give Your Stuff Away Day by, well, giving away stuff -- toys, clothes, books/media, housewares, furniture -- basically anything you might find at a multifamily yard sale, but all totally free!
We'll lay out our free items at designated giveaway areas outdoors. If it rains lightly or rain is threatening, we'll consolidate items under canopies or a porch roof, again outdoors. (If heavy rain or severe thunderstorms are expected, we'll postpone; PLEASE check for updates at http://www.mosaic-commons.org/gysa-2022 .)
Note that with COVID rates high in our area, we'll continue with pandemic rules to keep both visitors and residents safe. (Basically, wear a face mask -- yes, it's outdoors, but some spots can get crowded -- and maintain distancing from people not in your group.)
As always, service animals are welcome, but pets must be left at home.
